Extended Day – Before & After Care
We are excited to share an update to our Extended Day (Before and After Care) program for the 2026–2027 school year!
Drop-In Care Is Not Going Anywhere
We know how much families value the ability to drop in on the days you need it, without committing in advance. That flexibility is staying exactly as it is — you can continue to bring your child to Extended Day on any day, with no sign-up required, at the following rates:
• Early Pickup (by 4:40pm Mon–Thu / 3:30pm Fri): $30/day
• Full Aftercare (by 6:00pm Mon–Thu / 5:30pm Fri): $40/day
New This Year: Extended Day Packages
For families who know their schedule in advance, we’re introducing package pricing. You choose which weekday(s) your child will attend Extended Day — just Tuesdays, a few days a week, or all five — and commit
for the trimester. Package pricing is lower than the drop-in rate per day, and committing in advance helps us plan staffing levels with confidence.
• Early Pickup Package: $25/day (vs. $30/day drop-in)
• Full Aftercare Package: $35/day (vs. $40/day drop-in)
Additional Savings for Full-Week Commitments
• Commit to all 5 weekdays for a trimester: an additional 5% off that trimester’s package
• Commit to all 5 weekdays for the full year: an additional 10% off the full-year package
Use the link below for detailed package pricing by trimester and weekday.
• Trimester 1 (Aug 31, 2026 – Jan 1, 2027)
• Trimester 2 (Jan 4 – Apr 16, 2027)
• Trimester 3 (Apr 19 – Jun 11, 2027)
If you don’t sign up for a package, that’s completely fine — drop-in care will be available all year at the rates
above.

Otter Days
Otter Days provide a valuable option on days that school is not in session. Lots of fun themes are planned for each session!
Age-appropriate activities include:
- Art and crafts – The recognition of shapes, counting, sorting, measuring, creativity, and problem-solving all help in the development of math skills.
- Physical activity – In addition to developing coordination and motor skills, physical exercise is linked to cognitive development, physical health, and independence.
- Social time with peers – Socializing with other children aids in the healthy development of social emotional skills, helps to develop language skills, encourages imaginative play and creativity, and builds self-confidence.
For all program levels:
(BG only) Half Day: 8:30-11:45 am – $80/day
BG-MS Full Day: 8:30am-3:30pm – $135/day
Aftercare: 3:30-5:00 pm – $30/day
