The all-new Discovery Museum is a hands-on museum for families that blends science, nature, and play. The museum and its Discovery Woods outdoor nature playscape and 550 sq. ft. treehouse offer the best of STEAM learning, with experiences related to water, air, light, color, sound and more. All exhibits are hands-on, low-tech, open-ended and interactive, to encourage play, exploration, and experimentation by all. There is also a new 0-3 space for early learners.

Oak Meadow families can pick up $2 off coupons at the front desk, and teachers are always free at the museums!

Parent's independent school network logo

PIN is a volunteer group of parents with children who are students at New England area independent elementary and secondary schools. PIN was formed to help parents share ideas and promote worthy programs at these independent schools. The primary goals of PIN are:

  • To improve the quality of non-academic life at member schools through the exchange of information among parent representatives
  • To actively encourage representatives to work closely with their schools’ parent organizations

To access presentations, webinars, and community events, visit PIN’s website.
