The Information We Collect – Emails, Web Forms, Registrations
In order to use certain features of our website, a user must first register. If you provide contact information, Oak Meadow School may contact you to clarify your comment or question. We do not sell any personal information to third parties.
When you make a donation or purchase, or you register for an event, information will be requested on an order/registration form. The information requested would include name, address and financial information such as a credit card number and expiration date. We use the financial information you provide about yourself when you make a donation, purchase or when you register for an event to complete the transaction. We do not share information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the transaction.
Refund Policy
Oak Meadow School is under no obligation to offer refunds for any donation, purchase or registration transacted through this site. Any request for a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Likewise, Oak Meadow School is under no obligation to offer returns or exchanges for any goods or services purchased on the site. Once an order is placed, the School is under no obligation to offer a cancellation of it.
