Arriving to Oak Meadow in 2006, Erin first served as Children’s House Lead Teacher before assuming the role of Director of Admissions from 2009-2016. She then served as the Director of Admissions at Kingsley Montessori and Head of School at Guidepost Montessori. She also served on Oak Meadow’s Board of Trustees. In her spare time, Erin enjoys pickleball, reading, hanging out with family in Maine, visiting museums, and outdoor activities such as hiking and biking. Erin has ice cream in her bloodline as her family owns Graeter’s Ice Cream in Cincinnati, OH. Erin’s daughter Sophie was a student at Oak Meadow from Children’s House all the way through Middle School and graduated in June 2022. Erin has an M.Ed. in Montessori Education from Xavier University and through her work experiences developed a strong reputation for building relationships and being a collaborative team member.  Erin is excited to reconnect with the Oak Meadow community and return to this important role in leading the Admissions effort!
