Join us for three mornings of fun and togetherness with Family Yoga! Each class will provide exploration of a different theme with stories, games, and activities designed to stretch the body and the imagination. Family Yoga provides an opportunity for parents, guardians, and children to jump, twirl, howl, and practice mindful relaxation together.
If you have a mat, bring it with you, or you can use one of ours.
