Upper Elementary students and the Oak Meadow Parents’ Association are working in conjunction with Lowell Department of Children and Families to give OMS families an opportunity to grant gift wishes for local children in need this holiday season. Lowell DCF cherishes their partnership with OMS, and they are grateful for the generosity of OMS families over the years!
