Child development and parenting expert Lynne Reeves Griffin RN, MEd will offer specific suggestions for talking to your child in age-appropriate ways about building resilience for coping with unknowns. She’ll answer your questions and provide tips and strategies you can use right away to help your children express concerns and turn worried thoughts and anxious feelings into positive action.
