The story begins with artistically inclined pet owners Robert and Anita, who live peacefully in London with their devoted Dalmatian parents, Pongo and Perdita. Everything seems perfect—until Cruella De Vil, Anita’s sinister former classmate, hatches a dastardly plan to steal the Dalmatian puppies to create her new fur coat!
