Suzanne holds a B.A. in International Studies from Norwich University, as well as a M.A. in Education K-8 from Lesley College. She completed her Montessori training certification (AMS Elementary I 6-9) through the Center for Montessori Teacher Education. Before joining the Oak Meadow community, Suzanne was a Lead Teacher (1-3) at Shrewsbury Montessori. She came to Oak Meadow in 2000 as a Lower Elementary Lead Teacher. Her two sons, William and Daniel, both attended Oak Meadow. Suzanne has been with Oak Meadow from the early days and has thoroughly enjoyed watching the school evolve and become the nurturing learning environment it is today. She especially loves seeing the children’s sense of wonder and excitement after Montessori stories and lessons. Outside of teaching, Suzanne enjoys biking, yoga, skiing, gardening, and reading. She also parachuted throughout college!
