Dan holds a B.S. in Science & Math Education from Salem State College, as well as a M.N.S. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He began working at Oak Meadow in 2016 as an Upper Elementary and Middle School STEM Teacher. Before coming to Oak Meadow, Dan worked at Nashoba Regional High School for 33 years as a science and math teacher and was a Science Department Chair for 8 years. He also worked at Clark University as a COPACE math instructor and Tewksbury Memorial High School as a science teacher. At Oak Meadow, Dan enjoys the close knit atmosphere of a small school and small classes, making the students seem more like an extended family and allowing him to get to know each one. Outside of teaching, he enjoys table tennis, antique cars, cooking (and eating) and woodworking – he built his own barn!
