We are delighted to welcome Julia Condry to Oak Meadow’s Beginners team as an Assistant! Julia is an experienced early childhood educator with more than 10 years of experience working with children from infancy through school age. She is EEC Certified from Infants through Kindergarten and is also First Aid, CPR, and AED certified.
Julia began working with children as a private nanny for several families throughout high school and college before transitioning to childcare settings in 2020. She spent nearly five years at a corporate childcare center, where she became a certified teacher and spent most of her time working with two-year-olds. Most recently, Julia taught in a Pre-K classroom at a private Reggio Emilia-inspired center.
Julia is also a special part of the Oak Meadow story—she is an Oak Meadow alumna from the Cherry Blossom classroom! She is excited to return to the community as an adult and share her experience and love of working with children while continuing to embrace and deepen her understanding of the Montessori philosophy.
Outside of school, Julia enjoys spending time with her family, visiting local farms, hiking and taking nature walks, and taking day trips to the beach. She also enjoys adult dance classes, yoga, and Pilates, as well as learning about holistic care and natural wellness. One of her favorite ways to end the day is watching the sunset while reflecting with gratitude.
Julia is especially excited to return to Oak Meadow—this time as an educator—and reconnect with the community that helped shape her own childhood. We are so happy to welcome her home!
