Bridget Barrett-Parker is a seasoned Montessori educator and leader, currently serving as Head of School at Oak Meadow Montessori School. With nearly two decades of experience in education, she is deeply committed to fostering inclusive, nurturing environments where children can thrive.

Bridget holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary and Special Education from Providence College and a Master of Education from Gordon College. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania. She has completed Montessori training through both the American Montessori Society (AMS) and the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), reflecting her commitment to the Montessori philosophy.

Prior to her current role, Bridget served as the Interim Co-Head of School at Jackson Walnut Park School in Newton, and as the Director of Education at Children’s Own School in Winchester. Her extensive experience includes teaching, mentoring educators, and leading school communities with a focus on child development and Montessori pedagogy.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Bridget enjoys running, biking, gardening, and spending quality time in nature with her family.
